Autodesk Purchase Links Dead

When I go to purchase cloud credits (because Recap Photo failed and now I have to reprocess), this is what users get when they click the Purchase Cloud Credits link on their account page:

If you click the link to purchase from within Recap Photo, here is what you get:

Autodesk is a publicly traded company and consumers are unable to purchase from them.  Shareholders need to be informed.

...also, how do I get reimbursed for the wasted money on failed Recap Photo processing?  I was able to process one job with 200 images but a 700-image job failed and wasted credits. Since Autodesk does not have a competent link for purchasing credits, I am not surprised it is so difficult to find a way to be reimbursed credits.
