Alignment problem in recap

I assigned survey points to targets and returned to project. The realview aligned to the correct coordinates but the 3dview did not. I can attach a nwd and it appears in the correct location in Recap but the exported rcs/rcp does not come in on coordinate nor orientation in autocad.
