2016 ReCap 360 install error

I am having an issue installing the 2016 ReCap 360 application. I have 2015 ReCap Pro installed. Do I have to uninstall before ReCap 360. I can install the plain 2016 ReCap with out issue.

This topic has been escalated to case and someone will contact you via email. This screenshot is indicating that ReCap is already installed on your computer, try giving uninstalling and reinstalling a go.

Chris, yes, you will need to uninstall ReCap Pro before installing ReCap 360. After that your existing license should be picked up and the Ultimate features should be unlocked for you.

I have the same problem, but i have uninstall all the product of a building design suite 2016.

The installation doesn't work anyway.

I clean the registry, the temporary file and all the autodesk folders.

Nothing work and the installation pack doesn't install recap 360 ultimate.

I re install my building suite 2016 because I need to use the products.

did you have any idea to resolve this ?

Hi Jacques,

Unfortunately ReCap 360 Ultimate doesn't come with any of the Autodesk suites.

Only the ReCap 360 version, which works for everything else except for the registration features and the advanced measurements tools.

For using those you would need ReCap 360 Ultimate subscription.
