Colour management of layers

Is there any way of assigning a layer with the colours as in the picture. I.E. instead of black/white I could f.ex. do red/black

(red when drawing / black when printing (or basically any other colour combination)

Why not just use a monochrome "Plot sytle table"? Not familiar with ctb, we use stb that turns every color to a black/grey scale when plotting.

That is of course a viable solution and one I do use.

I just feel this option to make "dual-colour" layers could be very practical.

Especially since it's not necessarily all colour I want removed from print.
