I have had this product for 13 years and only use it for pleasure. For some reason you have stopped me opening the software even though it reinstalled fine after repairs to my computer were made.

"Unfortunately, the software you are trying to activate is not eligible for use under the Previous Version Rights benefit. Autodesk no longer supports versions 2014 and earlier which includes activation."

You have just made this up' it was not a condition of the sale when I paid for it. I will now seek legal action.

That's what broke it: the software detected a new OS or enough hardware changes to warrant a stop. You'll actually need to call Autodesk or a reseller to 10 in your region to reactivate if your old license was a valid purchased one to you alone with your contact info still valid today from back in the day.
