Reminder: No Change to Previous Version Support and Access in March 2021

Hello Everyone!

We previously communicated that as part of the Autodesk Product Support Lifecycle, we would end support and access for versions 2016 and earlier in March 2021. However, due to the impact COVID-19 has had on customers, there will be no changes to the current previous version support and access policy in March 2021.

As a reminder, Autodesk extended previous version access to up to 5 versions back for all customers, including customers who are trading in their multi-user subscription or maintenance plan. For example, if you are trading in Revit on a network maintenance plan, your new named user subscription will now include Revit 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016.

Any future changes to the Product Support Lifecycle will be communicated to customers in advance. For the best experience, upgrade to a supported version of your product if you are not already.

See Product Support Lifecycle.

Best,
