Got a fatal error message when opening a drawing file. Please help to open the file

Most likely has to do with running this old version on Windows 11. But try the solution from this thread that worked

You need to be on Windows 7 .. if not you'll see crashing issues.  You'd need to use a 3rd party program to run it on anything newer

it didn't work so i guess either i run it on a windows 7 computer or i get a third party software to run which cost money
