autocad 2013 activation problem

I am not able to activate my autocad 2013 license. I have tried by signing in in autodesk account still not so helpful about that solution. I have request code, product serial number but still it says your serial number does not match. please help me in the activation.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..


Since we are only users here and have no access to your information.  What type of license do you have?  Standalone or network?  If its a network license you need to generate a license file for it.  In addition confirm this info is related to AutoCAD 2013.

Where did you purchase this product from? 


Please be careful when purchasing Autodesk product from sources outside of our authorized resellers center on our website. Please review this post How to Purchase Autodesk Software  & consult the Software License Agreement for the particular software program you have licensed for the specific terms of use.
