URGENT: Help with Re-Activation of 3DS Max 2013

I need urgent assistance with re-activating my FULLY paid for version of 3DS Max 2013. I know it's an old version, but it was fully operational and I can't afford to purchase, nor do I believe in subscribing to something that I already own a licence for. Short story, I had to replace my SSD due to it having write errors and when I've got to reactivate, it's given me a request code; however, I can't see where to re-activate it anymore. I've never had this problem before. 

Please help.

Note: Please do not ask me to subscribe to the latest version as I can't afford to.

@jrs_1973 Autodesk stopped automatically activating 2014 and older software some time ago now. Sorry.
Find a reseller or three in your region of the world to see if they can help you through their channels to get Autodesk to help if your Operating System is on the list of approved OSs for your 2013 version.

Great reply thanks. I've already contacted Autodesk and they've provided me with an activation code for offline activation.
