Software reinstallation

Good morning,
I had the motherboard of my laptop changed. I got it back empty. I want to reinstall my Autocad Lt for Mac software. I can't find the solution. I do not want to repurchase the software, even though I have just paid for the license for 2024.
Do you have the solution?

If you legally purchased 2024 version then you bought it on subscription. This means you can sign in to your Autodesk account, download and install the software again on your laptop

I was able to download my software, thank you.
I am asked to register (activate) it. I only have the serial number of the software that I purchased in 2014 which is:
xxx-xxxxxxxx
The key is: 827F1.
When I enter these elements I am told that they are not correct. I only have that.
Please tell me how to activate.

Your first post states your software is a year2024 version.

No you state it was purchased in the year 2014, which makes your software version 2013.

Can you clear up which it is you want help with?
