Request Activation Code

Hi All,

I have a 2017 copy of civil 3d with a perpetual license.

I have generated an activation request code.

Could anyone let me know how to submit this to get an activation code.

Have tried a few options without luck.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

2017 is no longer supported so you most likely won't get a new activation code. You could try contacting Autodesk if they are willing to supply a new code.

You can try contacting Autodesk here: https://www.autodesk.com/support/contact-support?startHelpBranch=post-purchase/download-software

Thanks a million DarrenP

Been to many support pages and the AI.

All restrict you to a case number and the case number to a version (Earliest 2019)

This link gives you a "live chat" option which is not linked to anything.

Gave them the request code and they emailed me the activation code.

So thanks again.

Both of these links work for me, but then again I'm not using perpetual licenses, what did you get?

You'll probably need to reach out to a reseller or three in your region for help: I'd assume they may want to be compensated for their time so be prepared https://www.autodesk.com/partners/locate-a-reseller
