Download old versions

Can I download Autocad 2011? Because in the download page I can only download 2014-2016 versions.

I want to download autocad 2007 version because my PC is old version. Windows 7, Intel core 2 duo 2.3GHz,  2008 year version. Could i get this?  I think it will be helpful to me.

Let's just say, hypothetically, you somehow are able to "download" the software and install it. How do you plan to activate or validate it?
