I TRIED ALMOST ALL METHOD BUT I CANT DOWNLOAD AUTOCAD 2013 LT VERSION. I HAVE A SERIAL NUMBER AND KEY NUMBER. I HAD NOT REGISTERED THIS PRODUCT ON AUTODESK ACCOUNT BEFORE. I WANT TO CHANGE MY COMPUTER AND I WANT TO CHANGE MY AUTOCAD LICENCE. THANKS FOR ASSIST..

Have you tried getting the download with this https://ava.autodesk.com/

Otherwise try eBay or other such places to purchase disks.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Autodesk only maintains the current released product year (2020) and 3 legacy versions (2017-2019). Legacy versions that are older than this guideline are considered obsoleted and no longer supported by Autodesk and thus there's no "live" download for these releases. Please see this article for additional information.

I'd recommend putting in a support ticket and they can verify everything help you get the software.

How does that work when the OP stated

Hmmm it could get registered this time ... why not try it @pendean

Also, I mention it because this: I WANT TO CHANGE MY COMPUTER AND I WANT TO CHANGE MY AUTOCAD LICENCE

They changed their PC and want to change their license .. so SOMETHING was registered.

Change it to what? doesn't unregistered mean Autodesk does not know they are the licensee?

And now they want to download the old software, then "change... license" to what?

I'm just curious, your answer (and whom do they call exactly, where is that list of contacts?) and their asks are miles apart.
