Hello everyone, thank you in advance for any assistance.
We're having issues with our ribbon. My manager and myself have 2013 installed and it's been working fine for quite some time now. We've tried finding a solution but had no luck. IT has looked into it and basically bricked my AutoCAD software.
When we boot the software we get a fault "Command: Cannot Load assembly. Error details: System.Security.SecurityException: Security error. at Audodesk.AutoCAD.ApplicationServices.ExtensionLoader.ProcessAssembly(Assembly assembly) The Zone of the assembly that failed was:
It doesn't prompt what zone it was...
So I assume it's not loading correctly, everything myself and IT did to try and remedy it hasn't worked, it's only made it worse. I was able to use classic mode and use the software. After IT came down and tried some things I can't even right click and get menu options anymore.
IT recently removed our Admin rights, but they say no security changes have been made recently. We no longer have our Ribbon either, and when you type Ribbon in the command box it says the command doesn't exist (may be for newer versions?)
I'm not sure what's going on, I don't think it's anything on our end, because we haven't changed anything, and the software worked fine when we installed it until recently.
Thank you in advance for any information/help you can provide.
If you need more information from me, feel free to ask
Thanks,
