AutoCAD 2016 LT - Download

I have AutoCad LT 2016 version. I would like to change the computer so I need to load my AutoCad from old one to the new one, but I can not do this. It does not work. 

Would you please help me and send me an instructions how to do it?

First:

Do you show 2016 AutoCAD LT in your Account manager? 

https://manage.autodesk.com/cep

 

If so,   is the software loaded on the PC? or is that the issue?  

 

You can't install it on Windows 11, as it's not support, but you can use Windows 10 with all of the AutoCAD LT 2016 updates installed.

If you’re on subscription, why not install the latest version which you can download when you sign on to your Autodesk account online?

2016 is way too many versions back.  If you don’t have the original installation files, you’ll need to contact Autodesk directly or your nearest reseller may be able to assist you. You’ll also need the serial number and again reach out to Autodesk to activate the 2016 version after installation since it’s so old

If they were on subscription they wouldn't have access to 2016, so that's mute. 

 

 

For the downloads they can get it from their Account if they have a valid subscriptions.  That's why I asked about it in my question.  

 

And if they have any errors ..

Hello, thanks for trying to help me. 

In 2015 we loaded the softwear on my PC (I am just AutoCad user not computer expert, so somebody else did this for me). I do not have a subscription.  Like I said, now I want a new computer. Problem is arisen when we try to transfere the program or activate it on new computer. I know that Autodesk does not support this version anymore, but this is not a supporting. They do not allow me to use a program which I bought. There is nothing in my Order history like I have never bought anything from them.

I hope you understand my problem better now.

Solution:

To resolve the error:
  1. Download a new copy of the installation files using one of the following methods:
    • Run Autodesk Virtual Agent (AVA).
    • Use the "Download" (old "Browser Download") method from your Autodesk Account.
  2. Install your product by following the steps in Recommended installation workflow for Autodesk products.
