Does anyone if Is it possible to buy ACAD 2018 (or even 2017) instead of paying the annual fee?

You can no longer purchase perpetual licenses, the only thing available is via subscription.  Current release, but you can use as many as 3 versions back, so you could still install and use 2018.

You cannot purchase a subscription of an older version.  Subscription is the current version, with rights to use 3 previous versions.

Can I installed it in a desktop and a laptop?

It means you can install and use 2017, 2018, 2019, or 2020.  You can have it on more than one machine, use requires you to sign in with your Autodesk account.

Thanks a lot for your help Chris.

In view of how expensive is to subscribe to ACAD, I will consider this other CAD program very popular in Europe and for a fraction of the price. We can also buy it instead of paying a yearly subscription. 

Before I do it, would you give me your opinion....please? The program is, BricsCAD.
