How to sign-up for current Previews

Thank you for your interest in helping us develop the tools for the future of design to manufacturing!  Previews gather customer feedback around business goals/objectives that the new functionality intends to solve, while the development approaches widespread release.

Current Previews:

Limited Preview

  • Sheet Metal
    • New environment for brake press workflow that allows users to create bent metal models.
  • Fusion 360 in the browser
    • Allows users additional access to Fusion 360 without device limitations.

In-Product Previews

  • Branch and Merge
    • Create a branch that's a sandbox for your project to explore design variations, and then merge changes into your master design.
  • Sketch Fully Constrained
    • Color feedback when geometry becomes fully constrained.  Fully constrained status prevents unwanted geometry changes when sketch is parametrically updated.
  • CAM
    • Sheet cutting operations for Waterjet / Laser / Plasma cuter support.
  • Live Review
    • Real-time Review of 3D designs from Autodesk Fusion 360 to web collaborators
  • Mesh
    • New workspace, with tools to modify and repair mesh bodies.  Added new sketch tools for reverse engineering with sections.
  • Simulation
    • Enable shape optimization, nonlinear static stress and event simulation in the simulation workspace

And now for the fine print.... there is no guarantee that the models you make now will function properly once the preview technology is fully released.  Please consider this when utilizing your time testing this functionality.
