Hello everyone.

I'd like to know if there is the ability to customize the holes.

I need to create a category with a name (for example: '' my personal holes '') and within the category to insert a series of holes with a diameter and a depth already preset (for example hole Ø10 depth 30, hole Ø18 depth 45 etc etc)

Thank you

Hi, did you try to do it like this:

Screenshot 1.png:

1) Select solid

2) Push marked button to show history of Solid creation

3) Select holes that you need to be the same diameters and depths

4) Group them, to get the possibility of quick change those parameters

If you would like to have diameters and depths value set by name, use 'Parameters':

Screenshot 2.png:

1) Choose 'Parameters' from 'Menu' -> 'Object'. Push the 'New' button.

2) Set the name of the variable

3) Set the value of the variable

4) There it would be shown when you do this correctly. Here is the list of all declared variables.

Screenshot 3.png:

1) Right mouse button click on the group of holes -> Select 'Modify'.

2) In textfield of diameter and depth write the name of the variable (or value if you will not use the parameters).

If you will change the diameter or depth of the holes using parameters, just open the 'Parameters' window (screenshot '2.png'), choose the interested variable (step 2), change the value (step 3), and Apply.

I hope it helps.

Hello I did learn one interesting thing
Thank you

But I need something else. (Attachment 1.png)

I don't want to place a hole and then change its values.

I need to have a series of holes already ready to be applied to a solid.

I would need to create a category of holes with inside it a series of holes ready to be used.

Would it be possible for this?

Thank you
