PowerMill Plug-In mouse wheel scroll issue.

Hello. Everyone.

I'm making a PowerMill plug-in program.

In the plug-in, there is a tree-view which lists up entities in PowerMill.

If entities are enough to exceed the tree-view layout, the scroll bar pops up.

But, No matter how much I move the mouse wheel, the scroll bar in the tree-view does not move.

So I try to catch the movement of the wheel like below, but it doesn't work also.

the .XAML head code
<UserControl x:Class="PanelName"
xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
xmlns:mc="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006"
xmlns:d="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008"
mc:Ignorable="d"
MouseWheel="Window_MouseWheel"
xmlns:local="clr-namespace:TRANSFORM_Code">

the .CS code

private void Window_MouseWheel(object sender, MouseWheelEventArgs e)
{
MessageBox.Show("Catch wheel");

}

This codes work to catch the mouse wheel movement, and show message box.

In normal case, whenever I move the mouse wheel, the message box pops up.

But it didn't.

I guess it's because of the PowerMill plug-in framework.

How can I solve this problem?

I will wait you comment.

Thanks to read this.

Scrolling in a plugin used to work in pmill 2016 but I think somewhere between 2017-2019 PowerMill started preventing an embedded plugin from scrolling. My guess it they didn't mean to do this, but ever since I have not found a workaround.
