Hi @karan30782
Thanks for raising your concern via Forum.
I have tested the post at my end and I am getting expected result. Did you given the values in both the fields?
Regards
Hi @karan30782 and @Arun.rs
last time I check the value only shows correct if the toolpath have both thickness.
if you have just set one value, could be incorrect, it shows the last value used.
example: 1st toolpath have thickness set to 0.1 and axial thickness 0.05 and the second toolpath have only set the thickness 0.01, the axial thickness isn't used
the post will wirte :
1st toolpath ( stock: XY 0.1 Z0.05)
2nd toolpath ( stock: XY 0.01 Z 0.05)
only in tables the output is correct, if you don't have the axial thickness set will output empty
Thanks for your reply,
But in my case when I use the option file to post the nc program from my pc xy-0.0 & z-0.0
And
When I use another pc to post the nc program value is correct (as expected).
I don't know why this happens all the time...
Please give your suggetion.
Thanks in advance to both of you !
Hi @karan30782 ,
is both pc's using the same version of AMPPU ?
can you send the cut file from each pc
Hi, the problem seems to be when you write it from PowerMILL,
have they both the same version and update? if you don't have the lastested update, I suggest you do it.
I'm still stuck with the problem..
When I use the post processor to post NC program from another PC, all X,Y,Z stock shows.
But when I post from my PC XYZ_Thickness shows 0.0
Can someone please suggest me anything ?
Note:- Configuration and software version of both PC's are same
Thanks ALL !
Awaiting response ..............
Hi @karan30782
Did you check you regional settings? I found out that it hinder macro to work properly. On one computer my macros worked fine but on the second one it wasnt. It was only the regional settings. You may want to set your not working station as the other.
Regards,
Hey ! @j.lacrasse
Thanks for replying, but I have checked the regional setting it's as required.
So no luck yet.
Even I have performed a clean installation also.
