Thanks for posting on the Autodesk PowerMill forum!

This looks like a link issue or an issue with your cut direction. Without the project it's hard to say. Check that you don't have Safe tuned on for your link moves. Try an on surface or straight. 

You can also test to see if updating to the latest version of PowerMill resolves the issue. Current version is 2018.1.4.
