Vortex roughing path

Hi

 We are facing the problem on Vortex machining here I used 12.0 mm bullnose with radius of 0.8 I want to cut full depth of  21.59 mm the toolpath  results shown in attached file  first depth started outside area to inside  its fine , after that its going to next level depth its going to ramp but I don't know why its going ramp that is also possible outside cutting .when going to ramp tool wear is more compare to side milling . kindly give me the solution for the same .
