Vortex roughing path- need help!

I have been using vortex roughing for a few months now without issues but i have ran into a geometry it doesnt like and i get this message lately. Anyone know how to fix this?

Can you please confirm which version of PowerMill you are currently running?

Can you confirm if you have flat machining turned on in this toolpath? If it is turned on, please disable it and recalculate.

the version is 2018.1.4.1212164. flats was turned on

Thanks for confirming, 

There are several updates available for 2018 and also 2019 that I would recommend getting installed. See here for how to update to the latest. 

Can you turn off flats and recalculate?

we turned off flats and recalculated, fixed it! thanks again and we will update soon
