Vortex path is incomplete

To calculate the "Curve area clearance" Vortex path, some areas lack a trochoidal path, and only a straight path may cause the tool to break.

Thanks for raising this issue on Autodesk community forum.

I am also getting PowerMill warning message if we analyse the toolpath as indicated in attached 'msg.png'  in Autodesk PowerMill Ultimate 2019 Version: 2019.1.3.2019124.

I reported this issue to development through our internal system. I will update you whenever I will get any update from development on this.
