Hi,

there is a German competitor who offers a "virtual machining center". This makes it possible to simulate the NC code (!) on a digital twin of the machine and, if necessary, to adapt it directly. We need something like that too, otherwise the future will be difficult with Powermill and/or Autodesk...
How can I do this with Powermill? When will we see something like that in Powermill?

regards

PowerMill can output a project directly into Autodesk Camplete Truepath which will post process and simulate the NC code in the digital twin.

It works with Fusion 360 and many other 3D cam software's with a simple plug in.

Hello,

thank you for your answer. I’ve been looking at the website and the videos. What can I say. . . I don’t feel like that’s what I’ve been missing so far, something I need to have right now. . . Does this actually work with Heidenhain and DMU’s, Emcos, 6-axis?
