Tool Image on setup sheet

Hi guys.

 

So, i have created my own set up sheet, which took me a while a must say! I have added the command ... ${setupsheets.toolpath.image_tag.medium} so i can show the tool setup, and when i preview the setup sheet its on there, but when i come to print the sheets the image has gone and i am just left with the dimensions? 

 

any ideas why this is?

I did respond via the case you have created.

 

If you could share the template you have created please it would be useful.

 

Are you using PowerMill 2021?

Also, your graphics card, do you have 3D App - Visual Simulation set in the global settings?

When exporting html from excel template, open the html (using Notepadd++ or similar) and copy/paste this line at the very top of the page.

 

<!DOCTYPE html>

 

Hopefully then the tool will appear when printing.
