Special Characters

Hi,

I am having problems with special characters in my macros for example "Ä,Ö,Ü, Ø"

In the debugger the characters are not shown as they should be.

ACTIVATE Tool "Wendeplattenfr. Ø18,0R" (compare with Screenshot_01.jpeg)

ACTIVATE Tool "Keilankerfräser" (compare with Screenshot_02.jpeg) 

Has anybody crossed similar problems?

Install Notepad ++;
Open your macro file;
Encoding> Convert to ANSI;
Save the file> close and open the file again in Notepad ++;

I'm sending you a macro already set up for you to test. If you prefer, simply replace the content.

I am already using Notepad++...had tried out changing the encoding but didn't know that I had to convert the whole text first!

Yes. But any text that is added after the conversion will already be in the correct format.
Just do the conversion once, or use a file already set as the basis for new macros.
