Good morning.
Recently I've been toying with ResourceAllocation in some desperate attempt to make my old pc faster.
In fact, setting this ResourceAllocation = 50 (50% I'm guessing), shaved off 5 minutes of a Benchmark that previously took 45 minutes.
Shoutout to @iamcdn79 for the benchmark macro.
I know, I know....some of you guys are doing this benchmark in 20 to 25 minutes...I'm jealous, and not about to be getting a new PC anytime soon! lol!
Can we get a rundown on how this setting actually works please?
My understanding is that there needs to be a toolpath active in order to apply this setting.
Does this setting remain for the duration of the Project being open, for all toolpaths, or do you need to apply it for each toolpath? My guess is that it stays active, until you close the project, since every benchmark item was reduced in calculation time.
Also, how can we check and see what this setting is currently set at?
