Problem Multi netwoking license(Powershape Ultimate)standalone(Powermillpremium)

licence crash.jpg

Problem Multi netwoking license (Powershape Ultimate)  and standalone (Powermill Premium).

The customer has 5 seats Powershape ultimate & 1 seats Powermill Premium as the problem as below :

When quota 5 seats  Powershape full running in  5 PC's , and in other 1 PC Powermill Premium running  for  Import .XT file , then in powermill "crash".  (error message as attached)

If we were closing 1 PowerSHAPE in one of PC  , then Powermill no problem for  Import .XT file.

As we know Powermill Premium also have 3rd party import file, so we manage that the PS-Exchange license in Powermill Premium & Powershape Ultimate have conflict.

Please advise..

Thanks & Regards

Mada Kharisma

Hi,

Open Manufacturing Data Exchange Utility 2017, go to help->about then License Manager

you will notice that the license in use is PowerSHAPE Ultimate network.

now click change license type, close Manufacturing Data Exchange Utility 2017.

open again, and it ask for you to put a serial  or network license. choose serial, and insert the serial number  from PowerMILL standalone. You may need to change the key ( the key for PowerMILL Premium is A9AI1)

now close, when you open again the license in us now is the stanadalone from powerMILL

if you make new instalation or updates you may have to this all over again.

Os melhores cumprimentos | Best regards
Rui Rita
