Postprocessor modify "thickness" and "thickness axial"

Good morning everyone !!

Thickness problem write !!

 

 

If I write like this the post does not write the axial oversize

If I divide the two oversizes the post writes correctly

If I forget to divide the oversizes as in the first case, is there a way to write the oversize in Z?

hi !

Your parameters in PP is correct , but when you create toolpath with collapsed thickness box. It will only show XY thickness value in the nc program,even though you mention different axial value in (axial thickness stock), but as you collapse that box. Only XY thickness show in the nc file. Only with both box expanded will show value in XY and Z thickness in nc file.

And unfortunately there is no solution for this.

Hy!!

 

Yes, as you say, it works, but I often forget to open the window.

When I forget, the post doesn't write "Z" overlay, and the operators grumble.
