Post Processor Issues

Hi All,

I am having a issue with a post processor in a 5 axis router machine. When I finish the whole program and I run all verification to find out any collision or undesired move head could make and PowerMill does not find any Error.

However, when I transfer the program to the machine it shows me an error of the angle head rotation azimuth axis "B" value in my case. It's showing me B value breaks the limits of the machine which I have found out what is the B value limits (when "C" is 180º "B" should go max -95º) However powermill accept "B" goes up to -95º (-109.9613 as shown in image below)

Post Processor (Geiss_AG_FZ2000_S840D for 5 Axis Machine)

PowerMill Premium 2017

Cheers,

It looks like your mtd file is not setup properly with the travel limits of your machine. It is showing your "B" min travel is set to -275 when it should be -95
