But after I multiple transform. lead outs changed.

There's a extra movement when i tansform the toopath. It will cause overcut.

Why leads is different with the original one.

Project is in the attachment.

Please help me find out why it is different between origin and copy .

For some reason I cannot look at your file but it looks to me like you transformed your toolpath to a part of the model that does not have the pocket modeled in, so when it calculates the last lead out PM does not see anything wrong. If that's the case, that is a big no no.

Hi @chrisKDR3N

The problem here is that you transformed the toolpath to areas without surface geometry, so the lead in that was previously gouging the model was no longer gouging.

What you can do to fix this is select the lead outs that you need to change, then set these to whatever link move you need. If you want to match the original toolpath, set the lead out to none.

Watch this quick video on how to select and edit the lead out's https://autode.sk/3ALV4rm

@M_Hennig the project wouldn't open because the name of the .pmlprj was different than the project name. If you rename this to match, it will open.

@Jonathan.Artiss-DSI

thanks for your suggestion.

But it will take a lot of time to chouse those leads.

The exaple was alresdy simplify.

The real toopath has about 56 path ,if i have to chouse leads by my self it will take a lot of time and work.

Do you have any other suggestion for me?

thanks a lot.

The only other suggestion that I have is to have a model that represents all your parts. If you copy the model to each position you will not need to edit the link since it will gouge check the surfaces and arc to the inside of the pocket.
