Multicolour problem

Hi everyone ,I have a problem about multicolour.

When I use PowerMill 2020 to open this model and use Multicolour shade. It shows only white colour. picture 1 .

But if I use PowerMill 2017 ,it shows the right colour. picture 2.

And I use PowerMill 2017 to save the model , then use 2020 to open. The result like picture 3 .

I use the same Exchange to open.  Exchange 2020.

Please help me check what couse this result?

Thanks for posting your query in Autodesk community,

I have gone through your data, i am able to reproduce the issue at my end also. But when i trying to import other igs (Test)file i could not find the same issue. I think it seems to issue with specific model which you supplied. Are you getting the same issue with some other model also? I request you create a support case from your autodesk account and share the case number for further investigation.
