hi, at work, we all have our own strategy, since Im the newbie , i learned with a lot opinions.

In between, a lot of tool damages.

Using stock material to calc, is a lot safer, and with colision ON, it becomes more safer.

But time calculation is something i want to improve, i small parts i really dont notice a lot, but with big parts (car bumper, dashboard, Doors,) the component are só big, and time calculation takes longer.

So i have couple question based in your experience so that can my strategy improv.

One thing i never understand is why the computer become so slow after 200 toolpaths.

Last week, i read and article that the biggest speed Enemy was the stock, the bigger is the file, the longer it takes to calc. I usually add all toolpaths to stock has long Im going.

So i have couple question based in your experience so that can my strategy improve

Rough 4r1 stock .15

Z level 2r.05 with resíduo boundary  .15 stock

Finish raster with 12BN(could be 8BN or 4BN)

Hi, try open a little bit the Tolerence alowed.
Try 0.1mm on rough and 0.02 on finish. "Point Distribution" can slower de calculation too.
