I have no idea what the situation is elsewhere, but here in the UK it's appears as if Autodesk have no interest in selling Powermill. I phoned the number on the UK Powermill page who helpfully told me they don't deal with Powermill, that was some other department, to which I was given some phone numbers to call. They were incorrect numbers. I filled out the online form several times. I tried calling the official resellers. So far I have nada. All I'm after is a trial.
I'm evaluating Sprutcam and found it very klunky. Having used Fusion 360 for the past five years or so (maybe longer? I forget) I'm hoping Powermill will be a better experience. I need the robot plugin from Powermill because in this case I want to program a Kuka 150.
So, is there some secret to getting a Powermill trial, or is this a mythical beast? Is this just a UK issue, or is this endemic and just what I should expect? Is there a magical incantation someone can point me to?
