Difference between powerMILL & G Code

Hi guys

Why Difference between powerMILL & G Code ? 

how can i fix it in post processor?

in 3D model we have a diameter 25 but in gcode 24.999 .

(Horizental machine)

Don't you think that 0.001mm is peanuts when you are running it in a machine like that. ??

I know  0.001  mm its not important

but i want to execute exactly 25 mm

0.01 mm

You cannot count on your dimension if you run a 0.01 mm tolerance.
you a telling the machine i happy with 25 + -0.01 mm.

try and tighten your tolerance on your toolpath.

Tighten toolpath tolerance to .001, or .0005....See what happens?

you cannot edit your post processor and get the result you want

you can either compensate the tool or make a tighter tolerance in P-mill
