Circular interpolation does not work

Hello! can you explain why, when calculating the toolpath according to the template, circular interpolation is displayed in the NC file, and when calculating according to the 3D model, it displays the X, Y coordinates. Why doesn’t the circular interpolation work? CNC Fanuc.

              Thanks for posting your doubts, For the 3D model, if you are using constant z strategy, so change-point distribution setting. Output type use Fit arcs option, please refer to the below image.

And one more question from the same topic. How to force the postprocessor to derive circular interpolation for arbitrary plane arcs that are not in the XY, XZ, YZ planes. Is it possible? Support for arbitrary plane arcs
  included in the postprocessor setup, but it did not help. 3 axis machine, CNC fanuc.
