Can I use RX580 for powermill?

I have 2 computers, one with 16Gb RAM, RX 480 and i5 6600K  and one with the following specs:

AMD Ryzen™ 5 1400

8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB)

RX 580

Can I run powermill on one of these computers? I am also willing to cannibalize parts from either computer to make it work. My RX 480 computer can crossfire.

A Quadro GPU, a high clock speed CPU and at least 16GB of ram memory should give the best results.

It's not specific for PowerMill but you might check out this video of Linus, a Canadian youtuber who discusses different hardware for CAD software: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-90qEJAVkU

*Note that you need some kind of hardware knowledge to understand what he's saying, which looks like the topic starter has.

Software will pretty much run in 90% of the cases on a modern pc like Olivier mentioned. The question is how. Is paying 1000USD extra worth the money? Are you happy with some longer calculating times or does every second count? That's something your company need to consider.
