I have to work on the 3+2 axis of the yellow pocket in the image, but do I have to manually set the coordinate system perpendicular to the plane in powermill?
Can someone who has a macro that can do such a thing simply get support?

There are a lot of ways to create the needed workplane(s).  You could extract the holes from the different angles.  Each hole with a different axis will have it's own workplane created.  Or you can "Create and Orientate a Workplane" and select "Workplane aligned to Geometry".  Either method will work quickly and the same inputs (clicks) would be needed through a macro.
