4th axis gcode problems

Hello everyone, I have a problem with rotary finishing. When I programing for a precise cylinder, the z axis must be fixed, but it always repeats in every line until I set the tolerance of the program to .001. This is a problem, but with a tolerance of .001. The size of the program becomes very large. Is there a way to not have z output with a tolerance of .01? Because we don't need to change the z axis in every line!
Another problem is that we don't need so many A-axis codes output!, we need to have an A360 in each turn and X  axis must move, and the other line to have an X and another A360!!

We really don't need so many A  for one turn!

Hi, I think when you select spiral option then you will have "A" position in each line.

please upload your post processor, then somebody can help you for output code.

No, you are wrong. It has nothing to do with spiral or non-spiral. Take some time first and then comment!

The problem is because of toolpath points!
I sent the file!

please change point distribution settings to which I sent as attachment and check the result. by this settings you will get ride of fluctuating Z while toolpath tolerance remained at 0.01 and the length of output program reduces to about 60%

please accept the solution if you are satisfied.

دوسته عزیز من شک ندارم ایرانی هستی صدردصدم اصفهانی هستی اخه ادم عاقل یبار بخون داستان چیه بعد هی کامنت بزار!!حجم برنامه ات کم شده؟ خوب با پستی که رایت کردی هیچ کدام از خطهات شماره نداره بردار شماره بزار تا ببینی تقریبا همون میشه باز! این مشکل بخاطر نداشتن fit arc تو 

استراتژی روتاری فینیشینگه! وقتی میتونی با یه خط برنامه یه بار محور روتاری بچرخه نیازی به اون همه پوینت نیست! حالا شما هر چقدرم بری با تلرانسهای مش و بقیه ایکون ور بری چیزی تغییر نمیکنه! بیا من برات تو سالید کم همین برنامه روتاری رو تو ۱۰ خط بگیرم تا ببینی یک ایکس میده و یک A!

برای یک دور چرخیدن!
