Cannot apply true position using 3 cylinders as datums

Hello,
I work for a composite manufacturing company who is currently trying to integrate powerinspect OMV into our workflow to fully inspect parts while they are still on the machine, using machine probing. We make very complex parts, with odd shapes, with holes all over etc.
I'm running into issues trying to set up fully fledged programs to inspect and report our parts. I'm working with a print that declares 3 datums. All 3 are cylinders, all unique in their vector values. None of the cylinders share the same IJK, XYZ, or vector nominals. (The reason i say this is this could be the issue rather than powerinspect).
Now every single hole on the print calls a true position to those 3 cylinders. For example (true position to datum A, B, and C - where A is cylinder 1, b is cylinder 2.. etc)
I haven't been able to find a way to select these features when trying to create a position gd&t. It works in polyworks, however, polyworks gives an error, and only calculates it from cylinder 1 & 2, since the 3rd argument is ignored and doesn't follow ASME standards. But even then, i cannot select just 2 cylinders using powerinspect for true position, whereas on polyworks i am able to do so.
Has anyone ran into a similar issue? I'm finding setting up gd&t and alignments etc with this program is quite complicated compared to that of polyworks.
Regarding image above: for secondary datum, the option selected is the only option available.
