dished wheel help

hello 

I'm after a little help I've been modeling random items for practice I'm in the middle of doing ab roller as a assembly,

the wheels are dished with a raised pattern i can make the wheel with the dished out shape but not sure how to add the raised pattern

any tips please

Sketch one spoke, and extrude it, 

then circular pattern that spoke body, 

then combine join the spokes to the dished wheel.

Should work with your dimensions and setting out as desired.

thanks for the reply turned out to be simple

need to look at models differently i think try to break parts as extrusion and models rather than 2d geometry's old habbits
