Earlier in the year we rolled out the free LT subscriber support program  – we want to make sure you’re aware of how easy it is to get answers to your technical questions.

Enhanced LT Product Support Details

The new and improved support benefits for LT product subscription are pretty great. Among other benefits, LT subscription customers can now access product support via phone or chat at no extra cost! Not only that, we’ve also enhanced our online Forums to serve you better.

A little more detail about those new benefits:

• Phone: Log onto Autodesk Knowledge Network and schedule a time for an Autodesk support specialist to call you to troubleshoot technical issues. Autodesk support specialists are available 24x5 to help minimize your downtime.
  
  
• Online Chat: Get quick, immediate answers to less complex issues (limited availability).
  
  
• Online Forums: Post on our AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT forums and get answers from Autodesk’s dedicated technical specialists or experts in the community. Post a question, any question. From simple drafting problems to complicated mathematical ones to advice on everything from purchases to careers—you’ll find your answers here.
