Trial Issue with Revit

When attempting to create a new coordinate system in Revit under Autodesk Point Layout tab then "Coordinates" at far left, I get the following error:
 
Could not load file or assembly 'GTPS_Utils, Version=1.963.2016.614, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
 
Attempts to reinstall the APL trial now no longer asks me to run it as a trial upon opening Revit.  The only thing I currently see under Autodesk Point Layout tab is "Get License". 
 
My issue seems apparent in Revit versions 2016 and 2017.
