We have a method to renumber points in AutoCAD MEP that will follow user selected order of closed AecPolyGons (via your command line interface - GTPS_NumberPts2). This has been working well for us.
Now however, we are moving into the Revit Space... Is there by some stretch of the imagination a way to do this in Revit?
When in Revit, the points available to any given APL function are those that are visible in the current view. So you could potentially recreate this workflow by utilizing separate views with section boxes applied.
