AutoCAD Point Layout not exporting points

 I am trying to use AutoCAD 2018 and Point Layout to place 'Control Points" for pier centers to be placed with a GPS instrument. I place the desired points and use the export option. The export points to file menu pops up and I have tried selecting both "Select All" and "Select some" in the point selection box. I have had success several times using the "Select all" option, but now when I go to select points for export, the program will only export 4 of my roughly 50 points in the file. The photos below show 1) the options that I have used successfully before to export points to csv which now are not working correctly, and 2) only 4 points of my 50 or so I trying to export(points in green in the background.

A couple of things it may be. 

Note that the Select Some option triggers a fence selection within Revit, and unfortunately it cannot select the points that are nested within another family like piers when fencing, though you can click to select them directly oddly enough.  So instead of using the Select Some option, try using the filter instead if you need to limit what points are being exported.

If you are on an older version of APL, update it, as the 2019 release removed an old user requested 'feature' of not exporting negative # points.  Fairly common for users to add a prefix like "ABC-" to the points and not realize that results in negative # points, e.g. "ABC-1000".
