APL in revit cannot modify point role

Any ideas on how to change point role in APL revit? Under modify, we can only change Prefix, Description, Color, Visibility, but not role.

Hi, in Revit go to Autodesk Point Layout tab, General Area - Settings - Point Roles Tab. There you can edit, delete or create new point roles. Thank you

Thanks for your reply. What I mean is after creating pts, there are a few of them in the role of control points. My question is how can i change these points role from control points to wall points under Customize tap, Modify icon.

Hi you can use the select tool under customize, then scroll down to point role and select the appropriate role(s) you want and hit Apply and Ok. Then once they are selected in the model, go over to the properties panel for the Points selected and change the role there (or create a new role). This will work for all the point selected.
