Apl for foundations

Just downloaded the trial version of apl. Looks like the categories are set up for electrical conduit and hangers etc. is there a way to change these to suit the layout?An example would be foundations, anchor rods, piers, piling.

Not yet, though it is on the wish list for a future update, goal will be to expand the default set and allow for custom ones as well.  Definitely a common request.  Type is just informational, e.g. something to filter by, so it has no adverse affect if you use those other types.

Hi Shayne, has this been addressed yet? It sure would be nice to use filters on more OTB or custom point types. Especially structural point types. Spread footings, wall footings, anchor bolts, etc.

Not yet, it is a very large change in the code unfortunately.  I will say it is the highest priority item on my large projects list for Autodesk Point Layout.
