Проблема с активацией

Приобрел подписку на пакет "Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection".

Установил AutoCAD 2018, при запуске ввел адрес почты и пароль, появляется окно о вводе серийного номера, уже заполненное верным номером (приложенный "файл1.png"). Никакие дальнейшие действия ни к чему не приводят.

Пробовал действовать, как описано здесь - в разделе "Сброс для лицензий по подписке" - также ни к чему не привело.

Один из вариантов возникновения проблемы - ранее был установлен AutoCAD 2015 (служебный, с места работы) + имеется аккаунт smp@tsm-msk.ru, но перед установкой была выполнена процедура переноса лицензии, удаление программы, а затем уже установка новой. Может быть в этом все дело?

A couple of things..

This is an English speaking forum and we have no way of translating your image information so unsure what it actually says.  Another thing and I can't stress this enough..  Never and I mean never share any sensitive information here such as email address, serial #, subscription account number, business address, and phone/cell #. This is a world wide peer to peer network and such items should not be posted here for security reasons.

Perhaps this message is related to you having a single user subscription type of license and could appear for different reasons.  I would suggest that you review this >>article<< for additional information.

Long tormented, but found a solution!

We go to the site https://registeronce.autodesk.com, enter your data (user name is name, not mail!), The icon of Autodesk icon pops up, not scary - in the address window we simply remove (username.ico) and press enter - then enter the serial number, run the program, select "enter serial number", then click to activate and disconnect the connection to the Internet. Get the window with the generated code, connect to the Internet, copy the code and press to get the activation code. Copy-paste into the program and .... further happiness!

Долго мучился, но нашел решение!

Переходим на сайт https://registeronce.autodesk.com, вводим ваши данные (имя пользователя - это имя, а не почта!). Значок иконка Autodesk появляется, но это не страшно - в окне адреса мы просто удаляем (имя_файла. ico) и жмем enter - вводим серийный номер программы, запускаем саму программу, выбираем «ввести серийный номер», затем нажимаем "активировать" и сразу же отключаем подключение к Интернет. Получите окно с сгенерированным кодом, подключитесь к Интернету, скопируйте код и нажмите, чтобы получить код активации. Копипаст в программу и ... дальше счастье!

Проблема решена.

Служба поддержки - неуд (2) за незнание техчасти и неспособность помочь в течение недели !!!
