Upgrade path in perpetual licence

Sir,

We have perpetual license for 3dx Max and maya, 2009(Educational Product) 15 user each. The nodes are validated by a license manager. 

Can anyone help me with the following queries

1)Upto which version we can update the software.

Students, teachers and academic institutions worldwide are now eligible for free access to Autodesk software. This is a change that was put into place within the last year or so.  If you meet the requirements, your best bet to get the latest update would be to do so under the auspices of this new program. You can read more about the educational community here and apply for the free software.

"upgrades' are dead and gone. All you can do is buy a subscription or rent month-to-month, if you are not an EDU client as noted above by felice/Autodesk.
